Every value traced to source before your next IND filing
Regulatory, clinical, medical, research and quality teams copy values out of PDFs, check them twice, and rebuild the trail when an inspector asks. Corvic reads the documents, fills your templates and links each value to its page.

Or find your teamThe shared problem
Every team retypes values it later has to prove
The documents differ by team. The work does not. Someone copies a value from a PDF, someone else checks it, and nobody can find the source a year later.
01
Values get copied out of PDFs
CoA results go into Module 3. Site source goes into the EDC. Complaint emails go into the QMS. In trials, TransCelerate defines source data verification as transcription checking.
02
Every value gets checked twice
An author fills the table and a verifier rereads each cell. Across nine trials, only 2.4% of queries came from source verification of critical data (TransCelerate, 2013).
03
Nobody can show the source later
MHRA gave a critical finding when a sponsor's TMF was too incomplete to reconstruct the trial. CAPA and complaint files were the two most cited device observations on FDA 483s in FY2023.
Teams
Find the work your team does
Each card names the documents a team handles and what Corvic does with them. Regulatory and safety has its own page. The others link to the product or agent closest to the job.
Regulatory and safety
Full pageModule 3 values start in CoAs, batch records and stability reports. Writers copy each one into a table, and verifiers check it again.
- Fill 3.2.P.5.4 batch analysis tables from CoAs, with a page link on every cell
- Find every section a changed limit touches before a variation
- Screen PubMed weekly and draft ICSR intake records
Clinical operations
Protocol versions, monitoring visit reports and site files sit in different systems. 76% of protocols now get at least one substantial amendment (Tufts CSDD), and each one sends someone back through the files.
- List every changed eligibility criterion between protocol versions
- Pull open deviations from monitoring visit reports into one tracker
- Check in-text CSR values against the TLF outputs they cite
Medical affairs
Each answer to a medical inquiry has to cite the data behind it. Teams search PubMed, pull tables from papers and rebuild the evidence for every new question.
- Build evidence tables with design, sample size and endpoints per paper
- Draft scientific response documents with a reference on every claim
- Group MSL field notes into themes your team can trend
Research and discovery
Assay results, ELN entries, papers and patents live in separate stores. 58% of lab and R&D leaders name poorly curated data as the top barrier to AI (Pistoia Alliance).
- Link compounds, targets and assay results in one graph
- Ask which compounds hit a potency cutoff, with the assay row behind each
- Track new papers and patents that mention your targets
Medical device quality
Complaints arrive as emails, call notes and service reports. FDA cited CAPA procedures 252 times and complaint procedures 181 times at device sites in FY2023.
- Turn complaint emails and service reports into coded complaint records
- Trend complaints by failure mode, lot and product each month
- Flag complaints for your team's MDR review, with the sentence that triggered it
Provider and payer operations
Each payer words its prior authorization rules and contract terms differently. Staff spend 24 minutes per prior authorization by phone, fax or email (CAQH Index, 2024).
- Compare medical policy criteria across payers for one procedure code
- Pull timely filing limits, rates and carve-outs from payer contracts
- Keep patient records out of scope until your compliance team sets terms. Corvic deploys in your private VPC.
Ask by team
Pick a team and see a cited answer
Each team asks a different question of different documents. The answer comes back the same way, with the page or row behind every value and anything uncertain sent to a person.

How Corvic helps
One platform under every team's documents
The same four products do the work for each team. What changes is the template, the sources and who reviews the output.
Reads CoAs, protocols, papers, assay exports and complaint forms in any layout or language. Each field comes back as a row that links to its page.
Learn moreKeeps the links between products, batches, sites, targets and papers. A question about one batch finds the stability report, the CoA and the variation that mention it.
Learn moreRuns recurring work the same way every time, such as weekly literature screening or the monthly complaint trend, on a schedule your team sets.
Learn morePick the model, compare quality, latency and cost on your own documents, and swap models in configuration. Existing permissions apply per person and per source.

Security
Deployment terms your quality and IT teams can review
Tell us your compliance requirements before the pilot. We agree the deployment, the documents in scope and the review steps with your quality, IT and compliance teams.
Private VPC deployment
Run Corvic inside your own cloud network with tenant isolation. Your documents stay in your environment.
SOC 2 Type II
Corvic holds a SOC 2 Type II report. It is GDPR and CCPA compliant, and customer data is removed on request.
Encryption and your keys
AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, with customer-dedicated key management.
Permissions per person and source
Corvic respects existing access. A PV case processor sees safety sources, and a discovery chemist sees assay data.
A source link on every value
Each value points to its document, page and table cell. Reviewers check the source instead of searching for it.
Zero data retention options
Choose models with zero data retention where the provider supports it. Swap models in configuration without rebuilding the workflow.
Common concerns
Concerns we hear across healthcare teams
Every value Corvic returns is read from a source page and links back to it. Your reviewer clicks the link and sees the cell. Values Corvic cannot read cleanly, like a handwritten correction, go to a person instead of the table.
Corvic does not claim validated GxP status. Teams use it to draft tables, trackers and records that their own people check under existing SOPs. Tell us your requirements and we scope the use with your quality team before the pilot.
Talk to us before any patient data is in scope. Corvic does not claim HIPAA compliance, so most teams start with documents that hold none, such as CoAs, protocols, papers, payer contracts and medical policies. For the rest, tell us your requirements. Corvic deploys in your private VPC with tenant isolation and your own keys.
Corvic reads files where they already sit, such as Microsoft 365, AWS S3, Snowflake, Databricks and PubMed. Your RIM, eTMF, QMS and ELN stay as they are. Output comes back as tables and spreadsheets in your templates.
The team that retypes the most values from one document type. That is often regulatory CMC with CoAs, clinical operations with monitoring visit reports, or quality with complaint files. We onboard you with those files, and your first answer arrives within 24 hours.
Pick OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, an open source model or your own endpoint. Run the same task across models and compare quality, latency and cost before you choose. Changing models is a configuration change your team controls.
